Technical Sourcing International, Inc. (TSI), Missoula, MT, has added two new people to its organization. Kim Hayes has been appointed chief operating officer (COO) and Ron Wiesmann has been appointed sourcing manager. As TSI’s new COO, Kim Hayes will manage the company’s global supply chain, human resources, document services, international regulatory compliance and information technology infrastructure. Mr. Hayes brings a wealth of experience in operations management, staff development and team building, strategic planning, growth strategies and cost containment to his new role. He was previously with Unicity International.
